I like to read history books, is that weird? As a kid I'd just sit there and read and read and read.....

You guys should too. If you'll ask I'll point you to a nice general information one.

Maybe it is weird...who knows. I do that too. I love reading about history, even if it's just from school textbooks I still find it interesting. I can't say the same about actually learning the history, lessons can be a bit of a bore, but reading about it and the subject itself is brilliant. I like books on more recent history, from the past century is what interests me most, but I'll read anything.

Errr... I'm not really a fan of history books. I dunno. I just don't like them? Maybe... I wouldn't mind reading books about history unless it's required by school. I'd rather read things about them myself, not because I HAvE to do it...

I personally don't read history books unless I have to. The way they're written, the ones we have anyways, just aren't good. Too dry for my tastes. They take something that I would like to read, and make it soo bad that I can hardly keep my eyes open reading it.

If not for that, I would probably read my history books instead of skimming them for the past 5 years of school.

As authors, it is our Duty
To create lovable, enticing Characters
And do horrible, evil things to Them.

When study needs doing, and you really don't want to do anything, take out a history book. It's not such a task when you enjoy it, is it? I'm the opposite of Sophia though, in that I'm less interested in recent history than in older stuff.
